IN-STORE REFUND POLICY
- If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item you may return it within 21 days of purchasing it.
- You MUST be able to produce your receipt or have a gift receipt as proof of purchase.
- If no receipt is able to be produced, it’s at management’s discretion as to whether an exchange/refund will be issued.
EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/STYLE/ITEM:
We are more than happy to exchange items for a different size, style or a different item, as long as the tags are still attached to the item you are returning, you are within the 21 days & you have your receipt.
TERMS OF RETURNING AN ITEM:
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition your exchange or refund may be denied.
Sale items are priced to clear so please choose carefully! Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and style. However, we usually accept returns on sale items that are within the 21 days return window as stated above. Final decision on whether the sale item may be returned or exchanged is at the managers discretion.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments prior to putting them out in the shop. In the rare event that a product is faulty, please return it to the store ASAP! If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price or will try to replace it with an identical item whenever possible.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item/s over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
